Before applying to be a Vendor, please read the requirements carefully.
-> ALL Vendors need Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance.
Commercial Liability: $1,000,000/$2,000,000 limits and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing BOTH Common Wealth Development and the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center as additionally insured as follows:
Common Wealth Development, 1501 Williamson Street, Madison, WI 53703
Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, 504 S. Brearly Street, Madison, WI 53703
-> IF employees will be assisting at your booth, then Workers Compensation insurance is required.
Vendors may submit their personal Automobile Insurance Policy.
