Vendor Registration is SOLD OUT

Fair Dates: September 20th & 21st, 2025

Fair Vending Hours:

     – Saturday, September 20th, 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm

     – Sunday, September 21st, Parade starts at 11:00 am

       Fair Vending starts after the Parade – 6:30 pm 

Set-Up:

     – Saturday:

Food Vendors: 8:00 am – 10:30 amNon-Food: 09:00 am – 10:30 am

Vehicles off the street by 11:00 am

     – Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:30 am. Vehicles off the street by 10:00 am

Clean-Up:

     – Saturday: 10:00 pm – 11:30 pm 

     – Sunday: 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm 

Fair Location: 800, 900 & 1000 block of Williamson Street

Vendor Location: Vendor locations and arrivals instructions sent out approximately two weeks prior to event. 

Registration Fees & Cancellation: Completion/submission with applicable fee of a registration form does not guarantee space. Registrations will be reviewed and applicant will be notified within five business days if registration is approved. Preference is given to local vendors on a first-come first-served basis. Vendor registration is subject to cancellation and nullification by event staff if the Willy Street Fair is cancelled. Event staff have complete discretion to cancel the WSF for any reason whatsoever. In the event of cancellation, booth fees are non-refundable and event staff are not liable for any damages. Examples of reasons event staff may cancel the event include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, riot, national disaster, or accident/sickness.
